Jordan has had a call to ministry on His life from a young age. After years of falling away Jordan came back to a relationship with Jesus in 2018 and dove back into worship ministry soon after that.Jordan served as a leader and worship pastor at Sozo Community Church in Nashville, Tennessee. And in the years to follow Jordan felt the Lords pull to teach others what the Spirit has shown him.He started a ministry with his wife, Allie, called Abide & Dwell. Which serves people in ministry by providing them rest, healing and discipleship. A big part of that ministry is teaching pastors, worship leaders and church staff what rest and worship truly are.Jordan is continuing to cary out his callings as the Worship Pastor at Life Church Buffalo.Jordan has been married to his wife Allie since 2011 and they have two wonderful kids, Ian and Isla.

Erik has been drawn toward equipping people since his early college days. For over 25 years, he served as a media producer, director, and strategist on hundreds of creative projects. Yet, without a doubt, his greatest love is producing and directing disciples for Jesus. In 2014, Life Church Buffalo helped Erik plant Simple Way Church, which he had the joy of shepherding for eight years. He joined the LCB pastoral team in 2024.

Dylan was born and raised in Texas. After accepting Jesus at a young age, he fell away in high school and college before finding faith again in 2012 alongside his girlfriend, now wife, Angelina. Dylan worked for his father’s air and water filtration business after college and remained in the business until his wife got a job opportunity in Buffalo, NY in 2020. After the move, they and their two boys began to get involved in LCB. Dylan was hired as the Guest Services Director in June 2024 to support, encourage, equip, and disciple our greeter, usher, cafe, and merchandise teams, by building trustful relationships, speaking life, and imitating Christ to the best of his abilities.

Jeremiah and his wife, Danielle, have been involved in LCB since December 2022 and just welcomed their newborn son, Samuel, in September 2024. He was hired as LCB’s Facilities Director in March 2024 to coordinate our facility and property operations. He’s responsible for all new projects, maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and operation of the church building, the grounds, and the church office. Since being on staff, he’s significantly grown our volunteer facilities team and completed numerous projects around the church. On Sundays and Wednesdays, he also serves the next generation as a StudentLife leader.

Hunter has been a member of LCB since day one. He accepted Jesus in middle school and started seeing his calling for ministry as a sophomore in high school. Hunter had the unique experience of growing up in our kids and student ministries and was excited to begin serving in KidsLife in 2018 and then StudentLife not too long after. He was hired on staff as the Next-Gen Ministry Assistant in March of 2024. He works alongside our Children’s Director and Student Pastor to help with curriculum, scheduling, volunteer onboarding, and whatever else working with kids and teens brings! He’s also a proud patriots fan.

Isaac is a multifaceted artist and visionary working at the intersection of creativity, spirituality, and contemporary thought. As a worship leader, thinker, and writer, his heart is that of an iconoclast while remaining grounded in the enduring principles of orthodox Christianity. He is the co-founder of Parallel Society, an organization centered on reimagining evangelism in our modern cultural moment. Isaac’s background and education is in musical theater, where he worked nationally and in New York City. He has also spent over a decade in local pastoral ministry with his wife, Emily, as part of the planting team at Church of the City New York. They then moved cross-country to build a creative community in Light Church San Diego before moving to Buffalo in the Winter of 2024 to serve as Creative Collaborators at LCB.
