What is
Whether you’ve attended Life Church Buffalo once or have been with us for 10 years, you may have noticed: God is up to something here! So, what does Growth Path have to do with it? Everything! To put it simply, Growth Path is for you to learn about Life Church, learn how you can be a part of what God is doing here, and to set you on a pathway of personal and spiritual growth toward the purpose God created you for.
Belong, Connect, Lead
Belong at Life
At Life Church, we desire to create a clear pathway for personal growth for every person. Growth Path is an intentional series of steps designed to help you move forward with the abundant life God created for you. Step 1, Belong@Life, is to acquaint you with the Life Church story, help you learn a little bit more about our mission, vision, values, and beliefs, and show you how to become an integral part of our mission and family.
Connect at Life
Step 2, Connect@Life, is held soon after Step 1 and is designed to help you identify your unique calling and gifts, and what those things reveal about you and your purpose in team ministry. You’ll have the chance to get rooted at Life Church and start bearing fruit as you start BEING the Church!
Lead at Life
Once you have completed both steps 1 & 2, you’ll have the opportunity to sign up for the third step, Lead@Life. This multi-week small group series is intended to nurture your personal leadership skills, dive into how you fit into the greater Church and how God designed you to help build it, and help you pursue a life of impact.
